Aging with Down Syndrome
The Podcast

Join Jadene, Kristin, and Molly as they share honest and heartfelt conversations about the changing needs of their loved ones aging with Down syndrome.

Aging Numbers

We are so glad you found us!

This labor of love comes to you at a time when Kristin, Molly, and I believe there isn't enough information available for families and others who care about individuals aging with Down syndrome.  We became friends after meeting in an online social media support group. As we shared our experiences, we realized perhaps the lessons we had learned along the way could help others coming behind us.  We are excited to bring you episodes on a variety of topics, such as health conditions most often seen in people with Down syndrome who are over forty, deciding on the best choice of where to live, thinking about retirement and slowing down,  managing changes that come with aging, and supporting someone with Down syndrome who also has an Alzheimer's diagnosis.

Our first episode launched on December 2, 2025, with new episodes dropping every two weeks.  You can listen on your favorite podcast platform. In addition, you can find every episode right here.

We'd love your feedback on what you hear and suggestions for future topics. To connect with us, email us at podcast@agingwithdownsyndrome.com. We promise not to bombard you with emails or share your email addresses with anyone else.
